Design for nature – GI practitioner event

The Edinburgh Living Landscape is organising an event to establish a group practitioners to showcase the best projects in the city and build a market expectation for high quality green infrastructure.  Organised by Scottish Natural Heritage and Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh this event will seek to form a short-life group of professionals working in architecture, building design, landscape architecture, construction and buildings management. This group will:

  • Share good practice, problems and solutions.
  • Showcase examples of where green infrastructure has been incorporated by the members into new projects or existing buildings
  • Develop market expectation for green infrastructure
  • Explore whether it is possible to champion a number of pilot projects, perhaps calling on volunteers to these implement projects.

The first event will be held on 27th September 2017 and places will be limited to 25 participants.
